George: Unified communications, Managed Services, and Outsourcing facilitates alignment between IT and business units. This is really about IT organizations getting back in touch and getting in touch with what their capabilities are. A lot of that stems from really understanding what the needs are of the lines of businesses that they support. To give you an example, a learning organization may implement the video-on-demand training capability so subscribers within the network or users within the network can logon and be trained by a video on new technologies or new sales campaigns or new tactics, however, introducing that streaming video within the environment could significantly impact the voice quality. Avaya really plays a variety of roles in this space. Avaya has a full continuum of both support and managed services for clients that can meet them on the journey wherever they are. So, if they are really a self-manager but they know they’re struggling and need some additional help but they want to stay self-managing and self-governing their own environment, we do have a variety of support services that can help augment them. Some of these capabilities provide health checks on the system all the way up through and including complete outsourcing of the management of their entire environment.
